SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RETURNS
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of receiving your order. However most orders will be despatched the same day.

The majority of orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or other courier. Items sent via 2nd class mail should arrive within 5 working days of posting from the Highlands.

Our standard postage charge is a flat rate of £3.50 . For orders over £25 we offer free mainland UK postage.

Return & Exchange Policy

We are sure that you will be delighted with your order. However, we understand that you may occasionally wish to return an item/order if you change your mind, if you find an item which is not as you expect, or if an item is faulty.

Bramble & Boo’s returns policy is covered by the Consumer Contracts Regulations (13 June 2014).

Customers have 14 days after the day on which the goods come into their physical possession or the person that he/she asks you to deliver the goods to, to cancel their order.
We can only accept returns on unopened and unused soaps. Goods that arrive with us in an unsalable condition may be subject to a reduction in the refund value.
The original postage costs will be refunded when returning an item, but not the returns postage
Returns will be processed by us within 5 working days of receiving the returned items.
The refund will then be processed by Paypal in accordance with its refund policies
